【Abstract】 "Three Representatives"is our party’s policy of building the party in the new stage and "Administering the Country with Virtues"is our Party’s general plan to run the state. The two are unified; the aim of building the party is to run the state, while to do the latter requires to fulfill the former. To practise "Three Representatives"is to run the government and to administer the country. To develop socialism productive force and to develop socialism culture is the main task of our party’s running the govemment and administering the country ; to work for people’s interest is the aim of our country.
