【摘要】 目的 评价Nd:YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶体前膜及残留物的临床疗效。方法 回顾性总结Nd:YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶体前膜及残留物共21例21眼;激光参数:单次脉冲能量0.8～3.5mJ,击发次数11～13次。结果 所有患者一次治疗均使瞳孔区透明,但有2例复发;术后视力提高率100％;术前视力平均0.22±0.17,术后平均0.42±0.12,激光治疗前后视力差别非常显著(P<0.01)。主要并发症:虹膜出血、人工晶体损伤和眼压升高,各有2例,各占9.5％。结论 Nd:YAG激光清除白内障囊外摘除术后人工晶体前膜及残留物安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Nd:YAG laser on removing the fibrinous membrane and remaining matters after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 21 eyes of 21 patients with fibrinous membrane and/or remaining matters after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were subject to Nd:YAG laser explosion. The single pulse energy was 0.8~3.5 mJ and the total explosive times were 11-13 shots. Results All the patients had vision improvement. The average vision before and after laser treatment was 0.22±017 and 0.42±0.12, respectively. There was a signifcant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Nd:YAG laser is an effective method for the treatment of fibrinous membrane and remaining matters after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.更多还原
