【摘要】 目的 就122例晚期青光眼患者住院手术治疗的情况做了回顾性探讨。针对青少年性近视的防治,应警惕青少年型青光眼潜在的危险。方法 晚期青少年型青光眼的治疗以手术为主,术中术后应防止瘢痕形成,提高治疗成功率。结果 术中应用丝裂霉素C,术后使用5-FU,本组病例成功率可达77％。结论 对于早期青少年型青光眼应以保守治疗为首选,晚期患者则以手术治疗为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operation on 122 cases of later period juvenile glaucoma, for preventing juvenile myopia and warning of the result from glaucoma. Methods The therapy of later period juvenile glaucoma was operated first, mid and post operation, we prevented the scar in order to improving the successful rate. Result We operated with mitomycin C, and post-operation, we used 5-Fu. Finally, the group successful rate was up to 77%. Conclusion Early period juvenile glaucoma should be given conservative treatment first, and the patient of later period should be operated first.更多还原
