【摘要】 目的 评估氩激光对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(中浆)的治疗效应。方法 将42例中浆患者随机分为激光治疗组19例和口服药物对照组23例,观察两组治疗前后视力、眼底、眼底荧光造影、恢复时间、复发率等。结果 治疗组与对照组的视力无明显差异,但可显著缩短病程,改善自觉症状,降低复发率。结论 氩激光治疗中浆是安全有效的,应作为首选治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of argon laser in management of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Methods 42 patients with CSC were randomly divided into 2 groups, 19 patients in treatment group by laser and 23 patients in control group by drug. The 2 groups were observed in visual acuity, fundus, fundus fluoresecin angiography (FFA), recovery time, recurrence rate, etc. Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the 2 groups. However, compared with the control, the recovery time was shorter, the subjective symptoms were less serious and the recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group. Conclusion Argon laser was a safer and more effective management of CSC.更多还原
