【摘要】 目的 分析儿童挫伤性前房出血的治疗方法。方法 对我院收治的118例患者均进行以下治疗。(1)卧床,静休。(2)滴散瞳剂双眼包扎。(3)口服或静脉使用皮质类固醇。(4)止血芳酸、安络血等止血药的应用。(5)前房冲洗。结果按照药物等治疗后疗效进行统计。积血完全吸收:109例(92.37％)积血未完全吸收9例(7.63％)。结论 挫伤性前房出血的视力恢复与出血量多少眼球损伤的程度、有无影响视力的并发症及是否早期治疗有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Promoting the absorbence of haemorhage, Preventing secondary glaucoma and cornea staining. Method (1) Having a rest by lying down in bde. (2)Pupil dilating and wrapping both eyes with gauze. (3)Application of steroids orally and intravenously. (4)Application of Cabazochomi, Aminomethlbenzoic acid. (5) Irrigation of the antenior chamber. Result Complete absorbnce of the haemorhagein 109 case (92.37%), partial absorbance of the haemorhagein 9 cases (7.63%). Conclusion The recovery of vision is related to the amount of haemorhage, severity of the contusion, complications and early treatment.更多还原
