一种简便的预期最大Lod Score值的推算方法

【摘要】 提出一种较为简单的单基因遗传病家系预期最大LodScore的推算方法。其原理类似于单倍型分析。可以帮助研究者在正式genotyping之前 ,对家系的信息含量作一评估。与LinkageProgramVersion 5.2中的SLINK相比虽然不够全面 ,但是有比较简单快捷的优点

【Abstract】 s A simple method is introduced to evaluate the Expected Maximum Lod Score of a certain monogenic pedigree. It can help researchers to calculate the Informativemess of a pedigree before genotyping. Comparing with the standard method SLINK in Linkage pregram version 5.2. It is not so comprehesive, but it is simpler and easier to manipulate.
