【Abstract】 The problem existed in the theory of public relation is that the research objects and the core of theory are not clear and definite. To define the nature of the theory of public relations is the key to form the core system. The theory of public relation belongs to the category of management. Its important contribution to the theory of management is that it not only research the internal public management but also research on how to affect external public action which is the factor that can’t be controled by a series of initiative actions, so as to get to some control to a certain extent, and the organizations can be existed and developed in a more ideal society.更多还原
