社区环境的老化及品质保持
Environments of Ageing Community and Quality Preservation
【摘要】 社区环境是城市现代化与社区建设的重要组成部分，而目前建成的社区环境呈现一种易“老化”现象。作者通过对社区环境相关要素的研究分析，提出了保持社区环境品质的对策。
【Abstract】 Community envinonment is an interral hart of the modernization of cities and community construction.Most of the built-up communities mowadays appear to be "senile".The author,after investigetion and study, suggests some ways and means for preserving the quality of environment.
