【摘要】 本讲话充分肯定了广西高教学会的作用和取得的成绩 ,还回顾了“九五”期间广西高等教育和高中阶段教育的发展简况 ,展望了“十五”期间广西高等教育的发展

【Abstract】 Achievements made by Guangxi Higher Education Association as well as its promotion to higher education reform in Guangxi are confirmed.The speech makes an introduction of higher education and senior high school development during the ninth 5-year-plan.A perspective is made towards the tenth 5-year-plan.
