【摘要】 目的　对踝关节骨折关节镜辅助诊断和治疗方法进行初步探讨。方法　近 3年来 34例踝部骨折病人关节镜辅助下手术治疗。即常规关节镜检查 ,根据关节镜检查所见 ,对软骨损伤、滑膜炎、韧带撕裂进行关节镜下修复、清理 ,且关节镜监视进行骨折复位和固定。结果　术后随访均 2年 ,根据Must和Teipner临床及X线评定标准优良率达 91%。结论　关节镜辅助下手术治疗踝部骨折重视关节软骨损伤的治疗 ,保证确切关节骨折对位 ,提高了诊疗效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with ankle fracture.Methods Thirty four ankle arthroscopy were performed on patients with ankle fracture between May,1997 to December,1999.As a rule,arthroscopy of the ankle joint was performed .Accordigle the intra articular pathology were observed,synovitis,tear of ligamentous tissue and lesion of cartilage were arthroscopically visualized and resected or renovated.And fracture reduction and fixation were performed and managed arthroscopically.Results The average followed up period was 24 months (range 12 to 36 months),according to Must and Teipner,the excellent and good was 91% in clinical grade and radiographic grade.Conclusion Arthroscopic management of ankle fracture have the advantages of accurate reduction and fixation,early discovery and management of associated intra articular pathology,in addition,there is less surgical exposure and complication.It allows early exercise and reavery of the ankle joint function.更多还原
