合成高等规立构PAN的聚合优化方法的研究

【摘要】 通过提出“分解组合”的优化策略思想 ,对合成高等规立构聚丙烯腈 (PAN)的聚合方法进行优化处理 ,建立了一种新型的合成方法——丙烯腈阴离子模板聚合法 (ANMAP)。实验结果表明 ,ANMAP聚合及工艺流程有效、合理、可行 ,同时证明了所提出的“分解组合”优化途径的正确性

【Abstract】 An strategy was made to optimize polymerization by the resolution and combination of presented polymerizations. It has been reported that two kinds of high stereospecific polymerization of acrylonitrile(AN) are γ ray radiation induced AN urea canal complex free radical polymerization and Kamide′s anionic polymerization of acrylonitrile. The polymerization of γ ray radiation induced AN Urea Canal Complex was resolved into three components that are free radical, matrix polymerization(canal) and light radiation induced respectively, and Kamide′s anionic polymerization of acrylonitrile into the three components of anion, initiator and temperature(above 100 ℃). Recombination of the six components became into a new kind of polymerization of acrylonitrile with the three components of anion, matrix polymerization (microfibril) and initiator. which is defined as tbe matrix anionic polymerization (MAP) of AN. It was found that MAP of acrylonitrile (ANMAP) showed high stereospecificity and much better effection on controlling side reaction of anionic polymerization of acrylonitrile. ANMAP, not expensive route of synthesizing stereoregular PAN, also showed its potential commercial significance. The Resolution Combination also was found to be effective method for the purpose of optimizing polymerization.
