用光声光谱技术测量光电探测器的光谱响应

【摘要】 根据光声效应原理 ,用驻极体电容微音器作为传感器 ,用吸收系数接近 1的碳黑作为吸收物质 ,制作了高灵敏度的光声传感器。用该传感器作为光源功率监测器 ,用归一化的光声光谱技术测量了光电探测器的相对光谱响应曲线 ,从而消除了光电探测器量子效率对光源波长的依赖性 ,获得了光电探测器比较准确的相对光谱响应特性曲线

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of photoacoustic effect,a highly sensitive photoacoustic sensor is made using carbon black as absorption sample,whose absorption coefficient is 1.And we use the photoacoustic sensor as a power monitor which is an ideal non choice detector for the electron detector.As a result,the dependence of the quantum efficient of the electron detector on the wavelength of the xenon light is removed.By means of the normalized photoacoustic spectrum technique,the relative spectrum responsibility of detector is truly measured.
