光纤CDMA系统中FBG编—解码器的原理与应用
The Principle and Application of FBGs based Encoder and Decoder in Optical CDMS Systems
【摘要】 从光纤码分多址 (OCDMA)系统的扩频特征和光纤布拉格光栅 (FBG)的性能出发 ,对 FBG编 -解码器的编 -解码原理进行了推导 ,并探讨了它实现跳频 (FH)、频域编码 (FE)和直接序列扩频 (DS)等OCDMA系统编 -解码的方法 ,分析了 FBG编 -解码器对系统性能的影响。与光纤延迟线 DS- OCDMA编-解码器和衍射光栅 FE- OCDMA编 -解码器的比较结果显示 ,FBG编 -解码器在 OCDMA (特别是 FH-OCDMA)系统中具有功率效率高、信噪比性能好和最大数据传输速率高等方面的优点。
【Abstract】 WT5”,6BZ]:The performance of fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) and the characteristics of spread frequency in the system of optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) are described.The principle of encoding/decoding devices based on FBG is analyzed.With these devices,the encoder/decoder for frequency hopping (FH),frequency encoded (FE) and direct sequence (DS) versions of OCDMA systems are investigated,and power efficiency,the ratio of signal to noise (SNR) and the maximum bit rate in the systems are discussed.Compared with the encoder/decoder for DS OCDMA based on fiber delay line and the encoder/decoder for FE OCDMA based on diffraction grating,the one for OCDMA (especially FH OCDMA) based on FBG can make the system have higher power efficiency,better SNR and higher maximum bit rate.
