【摘要】 目的 :探讨一种 DNA测序方法在临床中的应用。方法 :用纯化试剂盒对 PCR产物进行纯化 ,然后用 310自动测序仪测定 DNA序列。结果 :准确测定了一长度为 10 6 bp的 DNA序列。结论 :本方法不但有快速、简便和准确的特点 ,尤其还对短片段的 DNA更显优势 ,很适合于临床基因诊断中的测序。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce a method of quickly sequencing DNA in clinical laboratory.Methods:PCR products were purified with kits,and then sequenced DNA with ABI PRISM TM 310 genetic analyser.Results:This method was able to sequence accurately 106 bp DNA.Conclusion:This method is a quick,simple and accurate one for sequencing DNA,especially for short fragment,and it is suitable for gene diagnosis in clinical laboratory.更多还原
