【Abstract】 In order to obtain the optimum formula and preparing techniques of roxithromycin capsules,the effects of different excipients and techniques were studied with orthogonal test.The results showed that roxithromycin capsules prepared with the improved formula and technique were much better in terms of dissolvability,with the dissolvability of > 90% at 45 min.更多还原
