有理插值的基本特征

【Abstract】 This paper axiomatizes the essential characteristics of the rational interpo- lating problem, and analyses their properties. Using them, it constructively reveals the fundamental structure of the -interpolant of the rational interpolating problem, and obtains the fundamental relation theorem on them.
