【摘要】 目的　了解MRA(磁共振血管造影术 )、MRI、CT等影像学检查在判断骨与软组织肿瘤致血管解剖位置改变的价值和意义。方法　回顾性总结我院 1998～ 2 0 0 0年期间行MRA等影像学检查的 7例骨与软组织肿瘤患者的资料。结果　MRA可清晰显示肿瘤与邻近重要血管的解剖关系 ,显示其供血血管的起源、分布和位置 ,为手术方案的选择设计、减少术中出血和避免损伤重要邻近血管提供优于CT、MRI及X光片的信息。结论　MRA在骨与软组织肿瘤的治疗中具有非常重要的指导参考价值 ,尤其对于恶性肿瘤拟行保肢术 ,危险部位肿瘤或特殊部位肿瘤的治疗更是如此。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study and evaluate for MRA, MRI and CT estimated the anatomic change of blood vessel caused by bone and parenchyma tumor.Methods The results of 7 cases patients with primary limb and parenchyma tumor examined by MRA, MAI and CT were reviewed, the information from radiology were compared with discover from operation. Results Anatomic proximity relation between main blood vessel and tumor were showed clearly by MRA, the origin, distributing and station of the tumor supply blood vessel were showed clearly by MRA than MRI or CT.The information of blood vessel from MRA was better than MRI or CT.It was helpful for project of the operation. Conclusion The information from MRA is important in preparative for the treatment of the bone and soft tissue tumor.The indications for it were:(1) the cases with malignant tumor would be treated by limb saving procedure;(2) the special station tumors that may be injured the blood vessel in operation (for example the spine tumor)更多还原
