关于1+1对转涡轮中热痕现象的研究
INVESTIGATIONS ABOUT THE HOT STREAK IN THE COUNTER-ROTATING TURBINE
【摘要】 热痕现象深刻影响涡轮叶片的热负荷,关于该现象的研究成果将对提高涡轮前温度、优化发动机燃烧室与涡轮叶排周向相对位置等起到促进作用。本文采用无粘时间精确解对热痕现象在所设计1+1对转涡轮中的作用做了初步研究。
【Abstract】 The hot streak exerts significant influence on the heat load of the turbine. So, results of investigation about the hot streak will promote the performance of the aircraft engine. A primary numerical study about the hot streak effects in a counter-rotating turbine is presented. Due to its convective nature, a three dimensional time-accurate solver is used to simulate the hot streak/blade row interactions. Many interesting and importan understandings are obtained.
