椭圆管直翅换热器翅片效率的计算
CALCULATION OF FIN EFFICIENCY OF AN OVAL FINNED TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER
【摘要】 椭圆管翅式换热器的翅片效率工程上通常是将其转换为圆形翅片管来计算.当量圆管的选取方法有两种,一种是使当量圆管的横截面积与椭圆管横截面积相同,另一种是使当量圆管的周长与椭圆管的周长相同。本文利用扇形法计算了长短轴比范围为1~5的椭圆管直翅换热器在不同工况下的翅片效率,并与工程上常用的等周长和等面积法的计算结果进行了比较。与扇形法计算的效率相比,等周长法的结果偏高,等面积法的结果偏低。
【Abstract】 The fin efficiency of an oval finned heat exchanger is usually calculated by converting the oval finned tube to an equivalent round one in the engineering field. There are two common ways to determine this equivalent round tube: one is to make the cross-sectional area of the round tube equal to that of the oval tube and the other is to make the perimeter of the round tube equal to that of the oval tube. In the present study, the sector method is adopted to calculate the fin efficiency of oval finned tubes with tube aspect ratios ranging from 1 to 5 and for different operating conditions. The results airs compared with those generated by the equal-area and the equal-perimeter methods. As compared to the sector method, the equal-area method yields a higher fin efficiency while the equal-perimeter method gives a lower fin efficiency.
