粘弹性悬挂工业车辆平顺性分析
Analysis for the Smoothness of Industrial Vehicles with Visco-elastic Suspension
【摘要】 本文根据粘弹性材料所具有的高效耗散振动能特性,针对工业车辆行走系结构,对粘弹性悬挂的工业车辆进行研究。建立起车辆的复刚度阻尼减振模型,并对模型参数的行为进行了分析,提出了符合平顺性标准的车辆,及粘弹性悬挂机构应具有的参数指标。最后对工业车辆的实例进行了计算和分析。结果表明,安装了粘弹性悬挂装置的工业车辆,其平顺性有了显著的提高。
【Abstract】 :In view of the traveling system structure on industrial vehicles industrial vehicles with visco-elastic suspension are studied according to the highly efficient vibratory energy dispersion characteristics of visco-elastic materials. A vibration reduction model with complex rigidity damping is established and the behaviors of the model parameters are analyzed. Parameter indexes that a vehicle and its visco-elastic suspension conforming to smoothness standard should have are suggested. Finally a practical example of industrial vehicle is analyzed and calculated. The conclusion shows that the smoothness of industrial vehicles with visco-elastic suspension has been improved remarkably.
