超重机的操作参数对纳米氧化锌粒径的影响
The Effect of Operation Parameters of High-gravity Machine on the Particle Size of Nanometer ZnO
【摘要】 用超重机来研究转速、硝酸锌的浓度、气液比等操作参数对氧化锌粒径的影响 ,确定制备纳米氧化锌的工艺条件。利用超重力气液反应技术可以制备粒径为 2 0~ 80nm的氧化锌粒子。此项研究为纳米氧化锌工业化生产奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 High-gravity machine is used to study the effect of rotations, gas to liquid and initial concentration of Zn(NO 3) 2 on the mean particle size of ZnO to determine the technological condition for preparing nanometer ZnO. The produced ZnO particles have the size of 20~80nm. All of these have laid a foundation for industrial-scale prodution of nanometer ZnO.
