一种高效复合孕育剂的孕育特性研究

【摘要】 研究了铁水含硫量对孕育剂VI孕育效果的影响和孕育剂VI的抗孕育衰退特性。结果表明 ,合理的铸铁含硫量应小于 0 11% ,当铁水的含硫量为 0 0 5～ 0 10 %时 ,孕育剂VI的孕育效果最佳。另外 ,孕育剂VI具有良好的抗衰退能力 ,是一种长效孕育剂

【Abstract】 Both the influence of sulphur content in the casting iron on inoculation effciency and the inoculation declining resistance of the inoculant IV are studied.The results reveal that the inoculant IV has a good effect when sulphur coutant is below 0 11% and 0 06%～0 09%S is the optimal sulphur contentrange. In addition,the inoculant IV is a high anti-declining inoculation
