微胶乳粘合剂织物喷墨印花的应用研究

【摘要】 将亚微米级微胶乳粘合剂与Hoechest涂料红F6B添加剂组成的印墨,用于真丝织物连续喷墨印花试验。印墨中总含固量在26~28%以下、粘合剂与涂料之比在2.5以上可以顺利喷射。粘合剂的Tg在-10℃左右可得到好的手感和干、湿摩擦色牢度。

【Abstract】 The inks which are composed of microlatex binding agent with sub - micrometer particle sise, pigment and additive agent have been used in the ex- periments of continuous ink jet printing. The inks adaptability has been measured and evaluated in terms of ink viscosity, surface tension, jetting prop- erties, and printed fabrics quality(handle and colour fastness). Inks with total solid loading of 26- 28 % and the proportion of more than 2. 5 for bind- ing agent to pigment could be successfully jetted. Binding agent with the Tg of about - 10’C could make the printed fabrics have a good handle and suit- able dry and wet crocking colour fastness.
