反应挤出法及其在合成纤维工业中的应用

【摘要】 分析探讨了反应挤出机的各自特点,挤出机对聚合反应分子量、分子量分布、小分子反应物与副产物等控制的影响,反应挤出法在聚酯和聚氨酯聚合和改性等方面的应用。

【Abstract】 The reactive extrusion is one of techniques for polymer synthesis engineering,gradually finding applications in the plastic processing with the chemical reactions and ring-opening polymerization. The main features were briefly described for single-and twin-screw extruders for reactive extrusion. The en- gineering principles for reactive extrusion were discussed in detail. Several applications were put forward as examples for the modification and synthesis of polyesters and polyurethane.
