【Abstract】 The teaching research group is the basic organization of the teaching and research. Its building should be paid attention to if the overall teaching quality and the college running level need to be im- proved. In this paper, four projects are produced concerning how to build and manage the teaching re- search group in the new situation so as to bring it into play in the fields of teaching, teaching research and science research.
