梳棉机盖板踵趾差与踵趾面修复的探讨

【摘要】 对梳棉机盖板踵趾差进行分析探讨 ,提出了踵趾差的计算方法 ,计算了它的最佳值 ;同时对棉纺厂常见的踵趾差状况进行了讨论 ,认为要保证成纱质量 ,必须定期修复踵趾面 ,使踵趾差处于最佳值

【Abstract】 Analysis is done to toes of falt tops.and a calculation method is forwarded with a optimal value.Common problems involved with toes of flat tops also discussed here.Conclusion is made that to obtain best spinning products,regular repair of toe of flat tops shoud recommended for optimal value.
