【Abstract】 On the basis of current state of the metallic card wires in our country,we have designed the high frequency induction heating treatment chamber by TGBT and MOSFET power electronic devices used for metallic carf wires.It has changed the traditilnal heat treatment technology,economized on electricity,evened up the heating temperature and so on.It is small in size and high in efficiency comparing with the ones in the same kind.The traditional high frequency induction heat treatment chamber using electron tube has being improved.更多还原
