含氮两亲膦配体N,N′-双(二苯膦甲基)哌嗪及钯配合物的合成和催化羰化反应

【摘要】 在温和的条件下 ,以季 盐 [Ph2 P(CH2 OH) 2 ]+ Cl- 与胺的曼尼希反应 ,高产率合成了含 Ph2 PCH2 N=配位基团的两亲膦配体 N,N′-双 (二苯膦甲基 )哌嗪 .在正丁醇中于氮气保护下制备了 Ph2 P/Pd摩尔比为 2∶ 1和 1∶1的钯配合物 .该钯配合物对氯苄的常压羰基化反应有很高的催化活性 ,苯乙酸的产率可达 91%

【Abstract】 A novel amphiphilic phosphine ligand N,N\|bis(Diphenylphosphinomethyl)piperazine was synthesized by reaction of piperazine with [Ph\-2P(CH\-2OH)\-2] +Cl\+- in a medium of pH 9 to 10 at 65~70 ℃ for 2.5 h with a 97% yield, and was characterized by NMR and MS. Its palladium complexes with 2∶1 or \{1∶1\} Ph\-2P to Pd molar ratios were also prepared in n\|butanol. The palladium complexes exhibit high catalytic carbonylation activities for benzyl chloride, and the catalysts can be reused.
