【摘要】 采用热板法和醋酸扭体法观察了复方镇痛膏对小鼠的镇痛作用 ,采用尾悬挂法和协同阈下剂量水合氯醛催眠的方法观察了对小鼠的镇定作用。结果发现该药明显减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数 ,小幅提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈 ,显著延长尾悬挂小鼠的不动时间 ,显著提高阈下剂量水合氯醛致小鼠的睡眠率。证明复方镇痛膏具有显著的镇痛镇定作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The analgesic effects of compound sedative paste were observed by hot plate and acetic acid inducing writhing models,and the sedative effects were observed by testing the stillness time of tail suspension mice in 6 seconds and noting the number of sleep mice induced by subthreshold doses of choral hydrate.The results showed that the paste could obviously decrease the writhing times,increase the pain threshold for thermal stimulation a little,prolong stillness time of tail suspension mice,and increase the number of sleep mice induced by subthreshold doses of choral hydrate.It indicates that the paste has the analgesic and sedative effects.\;更多还原
