两次相平衡/顶空气相色谱法测定水中氯代苯
Detemination of halogenobenzens in water by twice phase equilibration/headspace GC
【摘要】 提出了两次相平衡 /液上气相色谱法测定水中氯代苯类方法。推导了两次气液非等体积平衡 ,只分析气相就可测定气液分配常数和水相浓度的理论关系式。研制了可变相平衡器。实测水中 4种氯代苯的回收率在 98%~ 1 0 8%之间 ,测定相对标准偏差小于 1 0 % ,检测限范围在 0 .0 0 3~ 0 .3μg/L
【Abstract】 The concentration of halogenobenzens in water was determined by twice phase equilibration/headspace gas chromatography. The analysis of gas phase after two successive phase equilibriums could give the concentration of halogenobenzens in water phase and their Henry’s law constants. The relative standard deviation and relative error were less than 10%. The recover ranges were 98~108% and detection limits in the range of 0.003~0.3 μg/L.
