【摘要】 研究了蛋白质与偶氮胂 M的显色反应。在含 0 .0 5 0 % OP的 p H2 .5的缓冲溶液中 ,偶氮胂 M与蛋白质形成兰色复合物 ,λmax为 60 5 nm,ε为 4.5× 1 0 5L· mol- 1· cm- 1,蛋白质含量在 3.3～ 2 5 4 mg/L范围内 ,服从比耳定律。所提出的方法可直接用于血清、花生等生物样品中蛋白质含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 In a pH 2.5 buffer solution containing 0.050% OP, protein forms a blue complex with arsenazo M. Its maximum absorption peak is 605 nm with molar absorptivity of 4.5×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer’s law is obeyed in a range from 3.3 mg/L to 254 mg/L. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of protein in serum and peanut samples.更多还原
