【Abstract】 This paper reports the methods for quantitative determina tion and iden tification of optically active isomers of uniconazole and diniconazole using the ir R(-)-2-(4′-chlorophenyl) isovaleric acid derivatives by high performa nce liq uid chromatography on an ordinary Lichrosorb Si-60 column(25×0.46cm), with a mobile phase of 20% V/V diethyl ether/petroleum ether at ultraviolet(254 n m). The relative standard deviation of the determination was 2.0%-2.5% (n=8 ). The structures of the isomer derivatives were confirmed by infrared spectrogr aphy and gas chromatography/mass spectrography.更多还原
