分子印迹技术的回顾、现状与展望
A Review on Molecular Imprinting Technique
【摘要】 分子印迹技术是近年来集高分子合成、分子设计、分子识别、仿生生物工程等众多学科优势发展起来的一门边缘学科分支。分子印迹聚合物由于具有与天然抗体同样的识别性能和与高分子同样的抗腐蚀性能的双重优点 ,因而广泛应用于生物工程、临床医学、环境监测、食品工业等众多领域。本文回顾了分子印迹技术近十多年来的发展过程 ,总结了目前的研究现状 ,并展望了分子印迹技术未来的发展趋势。本文共收录文献 1 38篇
【Abstract】 Molecular imprinting technique (MIT) is an emerging interdisciplinary methodology that is developing in recent years by utilizing the advantages of macromolecular synthesis, molecular design, molecular recognition and bio mimic bioengineering. Molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) exhibit both advantages of highly stero and enantio selective recognition and strong resistance against corrosion. Therefore, MIPs are used extensively in biotechnology, clinical medicine, environmental monitoring, food industries and so on. This article gives an overview of some recent development in the field and offers an insight into how the area is likely to evolve in the near future. 138 references are cited.
