几种微安表内阻测量方法比较

【摘要】 本文对几种微安表内阻测量方法进行比较 ,分析测量灵敏度误并 ,探讨如何提高微安表内阻的测量精确度。

【Abstract】 In this paper,we compared some methods of surveying the internal resistance in micro-ampere-meter,and analyzed the errors above the measure’s sensitivity,in order to explore how to enhance the survey precision.
