我国公司制改革中法人治理结构存在的问题及对策

【摘要】 公司制是现代企业制度的一种有效组织形式 ,公司法人治理结构是公司制的核心。本文分析了目前我国公司制改革中存在的法人治理结构的主要问题 ,提出几点对策。

【Abstract】 The corporatization is an effective form of the contemporary enterprise system, and it’s core is the corporate governance structure. After making an analysis on the problems of the reform of the corporate governance in China at present, the author put forwards some countermeasures.
