【摘要】 对几种常用 ND HI试验方法作比较 ,结果表明 ,在全量法和微量法中以生理盐水为稀释液 ,以 1 %红细胞悬液作反应指示剂和 1 0 0 %凝集抑制为判定终点的方法效果为佳。全量法测得的 HI滴度较微量法的约高 0 .5～ 1个滴度 ,其灵敏度和准确性较高 ,从而更适于实际工作中 ND抗体水平的免疫监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 After many times of tests for several different Hemagglutination-inhibition (HI) test, the result shows that the HI test with 1% chicken red blood cells as an indicator, physiological saline as dilutor and complete hemagglutination as determination point is the best choice among other methods. The one hundred percent inspection method is superior to micro determination method by a half or one titre, it means the former method will be suitable for the determination of the chicken level of ND in practical investigation.更多还原
