【摘要】 目的:总结基层医院腹腔镜胆囊切除术无严重并发症的经验。方法:回顾分析400例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料和手术过程。结果:中转开腹手术8例,分别是急性胆囊炎重度粘连6例,术中胆囊动脉钛夹脱落出血1例和术中发现十二指肠球部穿透性溃疡1例,发生胆囊穿刺孔感染8例,局限性皮下气肿3例,全部病例均治愈,无严重并发症。结论:要做到无严重并发症必须思想上高度重视预防,技术上要采取预防措施,并不断学习,积累经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the experience accumulated from 400 cases of laparoscopic cholecystec-tomy in which no serious complications occurred.Methods:The clinical data and operative procedure were analysed, Results:Among them,6 cases with acute cholecystitis serious adhension,1 case of hemorrhage in the operation because of gallbladder artery titanium chipdrop,and 1 case with duodenal ulcer in the operation were converted to open laparotomy.8 cases showed gallbladder puncture in fection,3 cases had subcutaneous swelling. All were cured without serious complications.Conclusion:In order to avoid complications,one must attach great importance to prevention, take technological measures,and study continuously.更多还原
