【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the laparoscopy in making clear the diagnosis of agnogenic ascites and invalidity by medical therapy diseases. Method: 30 patiants with agnogenic ascites were performed lap-aroscopic exploratory examination under general anesthesia. Result: 29 casts were clearly diagnosed, and were treated fairly well. Conclusion; Applying laparoscopy to make clear diagnosis for agnogenic ascites is feasible and effective.更多还原
