【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗妇科疾病的效果。方法:应用腹腔镜治疗妇科疾病18例,其中腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除1例,卵巢囊肿剥除术4例,附件切除术9例,输卵管切除术4例。结果:18例手术均在腹腔镜下完成,术中无并发症发生。无1例术后切口感染,术后平均住院2.8d。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗妇科疾病安全有效,患者术后恢复快,疤痕小,并发症低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopy in treating gynecologic diseases. Methods: 18 cases with gynecologic diseases were treated laparoscopicly assisted, including one case of hysterectomy,four oophorocystectomy.nine adnexectomy,and four salpingectomy. Results :The 18 operations were done with laparoscopy. There was no complication during operating or postoperative infection. The average recovery time was 2.8days. Conclusion:Treatment of gynecologic diseases with laparoscopy is proved safe and effective,and has the advantage of quick recovery,minor scar and less complication.更多还原
