【摘要】 目的:总结腹腔镜手术中水分离技术应用的经验。方法:在腹腔镜手术中为113例应用水分离技术。结果:在腹腔镜手术中使用水分离技术,相邻脏器、血管及输尿管等均无损伤,解剖更加清晰,几乎无出血。结论:应用水分离技术使泌尿外科可通过腹膜后途径来完成更多的腹腔镜下泌尿科的手术,减少了对腹腔的感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum up the experience of aquadissection in laparoscopy.Method: 113 cases were applied aquadissection in laparoscopy. Result: The adjoining organs, vessels and ureter were not injured. There were nearly no bleeding in the operation.
