SiC和Ti(C,N)颗粒弥散陶瓷材料的力学性能与微观结构
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of SiC and Ti(C,N) Particulate Dispersed Ceramic Material
【摘要】 采用热压工艺制得SiC和Ti(C ,N)双相弥散Al2 O3基陶瓷复合材料 ,该材料具有较高的抗弯强度、断裂韧度和硬度。研究表明 :只有在合适的热压工艺和组分条件下才能获得良好的微观结构与力学性能。该陶瓷复合材料的增韧机制主要是裂纹桥联、裂纹偏转和颗粒拔出。此外 ,大量孪晶和位错的存在对材料的增韧补强也有所贡献
【Abstract】 An advanced SiC and Ti(C,N) particulate dispersed alumina-matrix multiphase ceramic material has been fabricated with hot pressing technique,which has good comprehensive mechanical properties such as the bending strength, the fracture toughness and the hardness . Results show that better microstructures and mechanical properties can be achieved only under suitable hot pressing conditions and the material compositions . The dominant toughening mechanisms in the ceramic material are crack deflection, crack bridging and pulling-out of particles. Moreover, a lot of the twins and dislocations may contribute partly to the toughening and strengthening of the ceramic composite.
