【摘要】 取 5种海洋动物 ,用索氏提取的方法提取脂类物质 .提取物用纸片法对 3种细菌和 2种真菌的生长进行抑制试验 .结果表明 :5种海洋动物的脂类提取物对 3种细菌和 2种真菌表现出一定的抑制作用 ,其中 ,对细菌的抑制效果达 80 % ,对真菌的抑制效果达 60 %更多还原

【Abstract】 Five grease extracts , obtaining from five marine animals with the method of soxhlet, were examined for antimicrobial activities against three species of bacteria and two species of fungi . As a result, eighty percent of results showed antimicrobial activities for bacteria and sixty percent for fungi . Obviously, five marine animals’ grease extracts appeared to some antimicrobial activities.更多还原
