【摘要】 通过对福建省农村的经济和社会发展的调查 ,认为目前影响福建省农民生活质量提高的主要因素包括 :(1)生产条件 ;(2 )生产管理 ;(3)医疗卫生教育文化 ;(4 )生态环境。提出了“十五”期间提高福建省农民生活质量的对策 :(1)千方百计促进农民的收入持续稳定增长 ;(2 )发展农村科学、文化、教育事业 ,提高农民科技文化素质 ;(3)加强农村精神文明建设 ,丰富农民精神文化生活 ;(4 )改善农民膳食结构 ,提高农民健康水平 ;(5 )提高农村医疗卫生服务质量 ,建立和完善农村医疗保障制度 ;(6)保护农村生态环境 ,建设社会主义新型农村。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the investigation on economic and social development in rural areas of Fujian, the main factors affecting the raising of farmers’ life quality in F ujian at present are conditions for production, production management, medical a nd health care, education and culture, as well as ecological environment. Thus, the countermeasures to raise farmers’ life quality in Fujian during the 10th F ive-Year Plan period are proposed as follows. (1) By every possible m eans to promote farmers’ income to grow constantly and stably. (2) To develop sc ience, culture and education in rural areas and improve farmers’ quality in scie nce, technology and culture. (3) To accelerate cultural and ideological progress in rural areas and enrich farmers’ cultural life. (4) To improve farmers’ diets and health. (5) To improve the service of medical and health care in rural area s and establish perfect medical care system.
