优势菌处理纺织印染废水的研究

【摘要】 分析了印染废水生物处理工艺中的活性污泥 ,并利用从其中分离出的几种优势菌处理纺织印染废水 ,取得了较理想的效果 .对 1 6偶氮染料、蒽醌染料、箐类染料脱色处理 ,结果表明 ,在缺氧条件下脱色效果极好 ,一般染料的脱色率可达 80 %以上 ;对生产废水脱色率也在 80 %以上 ,在脱色过程中其 COD去除率达 40 %以上 .在对印染废水中的 PVA去除方面 ,利用从中分离出的几种假单孢杆菌进行处理 ,获得了比较良好的去除效果 ,同时对印染废水中表面活性剂的去除也做了研究 .几种菌均属兼性微生物 ,可在缺氧条件下生存 .

【Abstract】 The active sludge in the traditional treatment of dye wastewater is analyzed in this paper.The super bacteria technique is used to study the textile dye wastewater treatment and gain more ideal results.The experimental results show that at the anoxic condition the decolouring effect is very well in decolouring treatment of azo dyes,anthroquinone dye,cyanine dye. The normal dyes decolouring rate can reach above 80%, and the actual productive wastewater can also reach above 80%. During the decolouring process, the separation of COD is above 40%. In the separation of PVA in the textile dye wastewater, we use some kinds of pseudo single cell bacteria separated from the sludge to treat the dye wastewater and gain better separating results .At the same time, we have also studied on the separation of surfactants in the dye wastewater. These kinds germs all belong to a mixed natured microorganism, they can be alive under the anaerobic condition.
