一种双层介质及MIS结构微带传输线传输常数的全波分析方法

【摘要】 推导了双层介质微带传输线的电场积分方程 ,用电场积分方程法计算了单层、双层无耗或有耗介质以及MIS结构的微带线的复传输常数 ,并与其他方法、实验结果作了比较 .

【Abstract】 The Electrical Field Integral Equation (EFIE) of a microstrip line on the two-layer dielectric material was presented. Then the complex propagation constant of the microstrip line on the single-layer, two-layer dielectric material and MIS with or without loss were calculated with EFIE. The results were compared with those of other methods and experimental results as well.
