【摘要】 【目的】　为了解妊娠糖尿病对围产新生儿神经行为发育的影响 ,及早发现问题 ,以便有针对性地进行干预。　【方法】　我们于 1995年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月对 46例妊娠糖尿病母亲所生的新生儿进行了 2 0项神经行为测定 (NBNA)。　【结果】　检测组中有 2 6.1%生后 7天NBNA总分≤ 3 5分 ,在NBNA五大项目比较中 ,被动肌张力有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,主动肌张力及脑电图检查有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。　【结论】　对妊娠糖尿病母亲所生高危新生儿 ,应重视对新生儿神经行为发育的影响 ,通过NBNA测定和EEG的检查 ,能早期发现轻微脑损伤的婴儿 ,对优生优育有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the effect of pregnancy disbetes on neurological behaviour development of neonate for finding out abnormality and exactly intervening. Methods 20 items of Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA) was tested in 46 neonates with diabetic mother in pregnancy from January 1995 to December 2000. Results 26.1% of subjects had total NBNA score≤35 at 7th day after birth. There was significant difference in passive muscular tonicity( P <0.05) and great significant difference in active muscular tonicity( P <0.01) of 5 main items of NBNA. There was great significant difference in EEG( P <0.01). Conclusions We should pay attention to the effect of pregnancy diabetes on neonates. NBNA and EEG could help us find out patients with mild brain damage earlier.This had great significance for bearing and rearing better children.更多还原
