【摘要】 目的:本文对利巴韦林治疗秋季腹泻效果进行研究。方法:86例住院秋季腹泻患儿,年龄6个月至2岁。随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。两组同时给予补液治疗,但均不使用抗生素。治疗组加用利巴韦林 10~15 mg/(kg.d)加入5%葡萄糖150~200 ml内静滴。结果:治疗组体温下降,呕吐、腹泻停止明显快于对照组;住院时间比对照组缩短2d。结论:利巴韦林治疗秋季腹泻效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To realize the treatment effect of autumn diarrhoea by using ribavirin. Methods: 86 cases aged from 6 months to two years with autumn diarrhoea were admitted in our hospital. 43 cases with moderate to revere diarrhoea were treated with rib-avirin. Other 43 cases were as control. All 86 cases were treated with nehydration, antibiotics were not used. The dose of ribavirin was 10 ~ 15 mg/(kg. d) and it was put in to 5% glucose normal saline 150 ~ 200 ml intravenous. Results: The decrease of the temperature, stopping vomiting and diarrhoea were significantly faster in the patients treated with ribovisin than the control group. The time of stay in hospital was two days shorter in the 43 cases using ribovisin than 43 cases control group, conclusion: Ribavirin is useful in the treatment of autumn diarrhoea.更多还原
