【Abstract】 Lomotil is often practiced as a nonspecific antidiarrheal agent in children. There were many clinical reports abuut overdose in infanl and child. This paper reviewed poisoning cases of loraolil reported internal in recent 5 years, and made an analysis about clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatments and the causes of lomotil overdose.更多还原
