【摘要】 结合PH值传感器在线故障诊断的研究 ,在分析传感器故障信号特征的基础上 ,提出了一种时间序列预报和专家系统相结合的故障诊断的新方法。采用时间序列的预报算法 ,对传感器的输出数据进行预处理 ,得到具有故障特征的有用信息 ,再通过专家系统的智能化推理 ,获得自控系统中传感器故障的最终决策 ,成功地解决了控制系统中故障信息互相关联带来的难题 ,同样为其他控制系统传感器的故障诊断提供了新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with the study of PH sensor on line fault diagnosis,the features of sensor signal are analyzed.The new method of fault diagnosis is proposed based on the combining of time series and expert system.The sensor output data is dealt first by the time series predictor.The useful message of fault feature is achieved.Then,the final result of sensor fault diagnosis is got in the automatic control by expert system intelligent deducing.The difficult problem that is caused by the relation of fault in control system is successfully solved.It provides a new way for sensor fault diagnosis in other control system.更多还原
