稀土氧化物Er2O3对钛酸钡基瓷料介电性能的影响
Effect of Rare Earth Oxide Er2O3 on Dielectric Properties of BaTiO3-based Ceramics
【摘要】 讨论了稀土氧化物Er2O3对BaTiO3基陶瓷系统介电性能的影响。通过掺杂稀土氧化物Er2O3,可使BaTiO3基系统的相对介电常数er保持较高的数值(>3 000);同时,系统的容量温度变化率大为改善,在55~+125℃工作温区内,满足X7R特性;并且随着Er2O3含量的增加,系统的耐压强度也得到了很大的提高,达16 900 V / mm。
【Abstract】 Effect of rare earth oxide Er2O3on dielectric properties of BaTiO3 ceramic system is discussed. By doping rare earth oxide Er2O3, the dielectric constant of BaTiO3 ceramic system can be higher than 3000, and TC improved greatly. Within working temperature (55 ~ +125℃) X7R characteristics appear. Its breakdown strength increases with the increase of doped Er2O3, up to 16 900 V/mm.
